ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order, dated 17.03.2010, thereby, the petitioner deputation was revoked and he was transferred. It is seen from the records that the petitioner was 57 years of age as of the year 2010 and therefore, has superannuated pending the Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Therefore, nothing further survives in the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
