This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2798 days in representation of the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 02.03.2023, failing which this petition shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
