When the matter is taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2.Recording the said submission, no further orders is required to be made in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
