Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the entire illegal encroachments made by the 4th respondent in the government land comprised in S.No.188 of Panchapalli Village, Palacode Taluk and Dharmapuri District.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.P.Muthusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted within a period of six weeks from today and depending upon the report of the survey, if encroachment is found, immediate steps, in accordance with law, would be undertaken to remove the encroachment.
