O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Sub Judge, Ranipet dismissing the application filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.3 of 2022 seeking to produce certain documents in I.A.No.2 of 2021, which was filed to restore I.A.No.36 of 2018, which was dismissed for default.

2. The petitioner wants to produce certain documents in I.A.No.2 of 2021. The said interlocutory application was already dismissed by the Trial Court on merits and the revision filed by the petitioner challenging the said order has been dismissed by this Court today (i.e.,17.02.2026) in C.R.P.No.664 of 2024 with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Regular Appellate Court. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in this civil revision petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner wants, he can file an appropriate application before the Appellate Court. No costs.
