There is no compliance of order dated 18.02.2022. On the other hand, Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader states that the matter was listed for conciliation on 28.02.2022.

2. I fail to see the appropriateness of this approach. Order dated 18.02.2022 was dictated in Court in the presence of the learned Special Government Pleader and uploaded on 21.02.2022 specifically to enable the Officer to pass an order within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. That apart, the fact that conciliation has failed even earlier formed part of the written instructions that had been extracted in order dated 18.02.2022. I thus also fail to understand why the Officer has attempted conciliation yet again, as the statutory scheme does not provide for repeated attempts at conciliation.

4. Even today, learned Special Government Pleader would only reiterate what had transpired prior to 18.02.2022, to the effect that there is no co-operation extended by the daughter of the senior citizen.

5. Time is extended till 17.03.2022 to enable disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner on 11.08.2021. R1 is directed to be present before this Dr.ANITA SUMANTH,J.
