ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before| the concern Court everyday at 10:30 a.m., on all working days until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12.12.2024 dated 12.12.2024 pending and investigation in Crime No.106 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12.12.2024 dated 12.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
