O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the fixation of handling charges for item Nos.1 to 6 in Annexure-I issued vide impugned proceedings dated 08.09.2010 by the respondent.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner Corporation submits that this Writ Petition has been filed mainly challenging the handling charges fixed for item Nos.1 to 6 in Annexure-I by the respondent vide impugned proceedings dated 08.09.2010. However, subsequent to the impugned proceedings, there were various revisions in the handling charges and therefore, this Court may permit the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the concerned Authority.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

4. In view of the limited request made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without interfering with the impugned proceedings dated 08.09.2010 issued by the respondent, permits the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the concerned Authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the petitioner Corporation is aggrieved by the latest revisions in the handling charges and on such representation being made by the petitioner Corporation, the concerned Authority shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
