Respondent PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.32358 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.32358 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32358 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
