ORDER
(1) By way of a common order passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice N.ANAND VENKATESH dated 18.01.2021 in a batch of cases in Crl.OP.No.28458/2019 etc., batch, it is made clear that the petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is not maintainable with respect to applications filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
(2) The petitioners are, therefore, directed to take necessary remedy and it would also be advisable that he participates in the trial proceedings. The Additional Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore, is directed to proceed further with MC.No.7/2015 in the manner known to law.
