Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider the representation dated 17.07.2018 of the petitioner for the shifting of the present terminus from Karumathampatti-Nalroad to Somanur Bus Stand and to operate his minibus bearing registration number TN39 H 0119 to and from Somanur Bus Stand to Selambarayanpalayam via. Karumathampatti-Nalroad.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to to consider the representation dated 17.07.2018 of the petitioner for the shifting of the present terminus from Karumathampatti-Nalroad to Somanur Bus Stand and to operate his minibus bearing registration number TN39 H 0119 to and from Somanur Bus Stand to Selambarayanpalayam via. KarumathampattiNalroad. 2.According to the petitioner, he is operating a mini bus on the route Karumathampatti-Nalroad to Selambarayanpalayam. The petitioner have some grievance for picking up and setting down https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the passenger. Therefore, he made several representations to the respondent. According to the petitioner, the respondent is the competent authority to consider the proposal made by the petitioner in his representation. So far no order has been passed by the respondent and the petitioner has come out with the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the said representation is still pending for consideration and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018 and pass orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
