This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2019 and pass orders on the same.

A careful perusal of the contents of the petitioner's representation does not disclose any reasonable or legally enforceable cause of action for making such representation so as to direct the authorities to consider the said representation. Therefore, I find that the present attempt of the petitioner seeking for disposal of the said representation is totally unwarranted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
