ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to pass orders, within a time fixed by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is that he joined as Bar Assistant in the respondent corporation in the year 2004. The post of the petitioner was converted into Assistant Salesman. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The grievance of the petitioner is that such post is not available and the petitioner must be considered for promotion to the post of Salesman and according to the petitioner, he is qualified for such promotion. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents in this regard on 22.12.2017 and 13.02.2018. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 22.12.2017 and 13.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with copy of representations dated 22.12.2017 and 13.02.2018 and also a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
