CR.NO.158/2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed on the petitioner viz., the petitioner shall Stay in Ooty till the Completion of the case the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on Every Monday at 10.30am apart from regular hearing s in Crl.OP.10126/2021 by its order dated 07.07.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10126 of 2021 dated 07.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 07.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.26074 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. He is further directed to appear before the concerned Trial Court on every hearings.
