(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) These petitions have been filed to implead the 3rd and 4th respondents as party respondents in the above appeals as the 2nd respondent viz., K.Mathavi, owner of the vehicle is deceased. Since these proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased, these petitions have become necessitated.

2. As there has been no objection from the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, all these petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the respective appeals and post the appeals on 13.03.2025.
