Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the second respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.10402/A2/2009 dated 01.09.2009 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the promotion 3 to 9 respondents herein are concerned and thereby fix the Seniority of the petitioners herein in the rank of 79, 87, 82, 80, 90, 81 and 84 respectively as per the panel issued by the second respondent as on 31.10.2000 and promote them as Principals in the District Institute of Education and Training.
