When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Nehru, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also circulated a memo dated 22.07.2021 to the Registry with the following endorsement: "The above mentioned matter listed today i.e., 22.07.2021 for final hearing. I was instructed my client to withdrawn the same. In view of the representation made by the counsel this Hon'ble Court dismissed the above WP and directed the petitioner to file a memo to the effect Hence I am filing this memo as per the direction issued by the Hon'ble High Court.;/"

2. In view of the above submissions and as per the memo dated 22.07.2021 supra,. the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
