Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Memo No. 099049/1925/G33/G331/2008-3, dated 04.12.2009 so far as the petitioners are concerned and quash the same.

C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel representing Mr.D.Balachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in all the Writ Petitions has become infructuous and made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that all the three Writ Petitions are filed challenging the order of reversion dated 04.12.2009 made in Memo No. 099049/1925/G33/G331/2008-3 and subsequently, the order of reversion was cancelled and the petitioners were given subsequent promotion also.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
