This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.4588/2017 in C.C.No.4956/2017 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai by its order dated 11.12.2017 and set aside the same.

2. This matter was listed for admission on 12.03.2018. At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner took an adjournment, therefore the matter was adjourned to 26.03.2018 and the case was never listed for admission and the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission and therefore, the matter is pending for the past 2 1⁄2 years. It shows that the petitioner has not interested to proceed the matter further.
