These petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 01.02.2016 made in C.M.P.Nos.52 & 57 of 2016 respectfully in S.C.No.214 of 2013 on the file of Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been convicted in the year 2018 in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

above case by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
