This is an application made under Rule 15 of the Writ Rules to permit the Petitioners to file a single writ petition.

Having regard to the facts of the case, it appears that the nature of the relief and the cause of action that has led to the filing of this writ petition by these Petitioners though similar are not the same and hence they cannot be permitted to join together to file a single writ petition, as the cause of action is entirely distinct for each one of them.

As such, in terms of Rule 15 of the Writ Rules of this Court, the writ petition against the Second Petitioner is dismissed with the clarification that the Second Petitioner is not precluded from working out his remedies in the manner recognized by law.
