The petitioner prays that the first and second respondents be prevented from carrying out the liquor business (TASMAC) at Nellikuppam Road, Melaikottayur village, Chennai 600 127 and that the TASMAC shop opened therein be shutdown.
2. In counter dated 22.09.2014, at paragraph No.7, the District Manager, TASMAC, Kancheepuram District confirms the position that though the shop in question was originally opened, it was thereafter shut on account of public objections and there 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
has been no proposal thereafter to reopen the same in that location.
