ORDER

Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor presented a copy of the charge sheet. He further submits that in this case, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VII, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.5861 of 2021 under Sections 120B, 406, 420 & 506(i) of IPC against 5 persons and LW1 to LW8 and documents have also been cited.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been filed, after filing of this application before the trial Court. He further submits that the petitioners' right to challenge the charge sheet may be protected.
