PRAYER Directing the 1st to 3rd respondents to Survey/measure the Petitioners land and fix the boundaries (as per Petitioners sale Deed Nos. 1745/2009 and 1746/2009 both dated 08.05.2009 on the file of the Join Sub-Registrar-II,Coimbatore) within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court and with a further direction to respondents 5 and 6 to provide aid and protection to 1st to 3rd respondents.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted her representation on 23.06.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Mr.R.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of respondents 5 and 6. Since no

adverse order is being passed against the seventh respondent, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections from the seventh respondent as well as any other party whom respondents 1 to 3 deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to issue notice to the seventh respondent and also to any other party, whom respondents 1 to 3 deem it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, respondents 1 to 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by respondents 1 to 3, the sixth respondent shall

render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
