The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in AP.No.1/DOS/Coll.04, dated 24.08.2004 Pondicherry.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 14.02.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 16.02.2022. When the matter was taken for hearing on 16.02.2022, once again there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 23.02.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
