This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14683 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24636 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two months, until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14683 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24636 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
