(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the second respondent and seeking consequential direction to release the full pension and monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. As against the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority dated 19.12.2025, though there is a statutory appeal available before the Appellate Authority, who is the first respondent, without exhausting the appeal remedy, since the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to explore the said appeal remedy.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order passed by the Disciplinary 2/4

Authority before the Appellate Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
