Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents/employees submitted that the order of this Court dated 13.05.2015 was not served on the respondents/employees and after service, they did not conduct strike as alleged by the petitioner/Management. The learned counsel further
submitted that the respondents/employees are not contemplating to continue the strike illegally. 3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the respondents/employees, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
