The Writ Petition is filed for an issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the pensionary benefits of the petitioner herein as per the representation dated 21.12.2015 with interest @ 18% per annum, from the date of superannuation till the date of realization.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent submitted that the pensionary benefits were already settled and nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
