No1129 and West by R.S.No.1112 in C.C.No.226 and R.S.No.1127/1 measuring 52,500 sq.ft super build up area, together with 12,105 sq.ft. situate within the registration Sub-District of Periamet in the petitioner's name. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.02.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. Even today, when the matter was listed, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non prosecution.
