Kuppusamy (Died) v. Pappathi

C.M.P.No.5121 of 2022 in CMSA.No.50 of 2012 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 07.07.2022, the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram, initiated further actions and submitted a report in D.No.292 of 2022 dated 13.07.2022. As per the said report, the orders passed by the High Court was acted upon and new compliance has already been made.

Accordingly, the Sub Registrar, Rasipuram in D.No.292/2022 dated 13.07.2022 was instructed to include the order in Sale certificate which was registered in Doc.No.1/2001 and Encumbrance Certificate of the property.

2. In view of the compliance report, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the clarification petition.

3. Accordingly, the clarification petition is CMP.No.5121 of 2022 stands closed.
