Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.5594/2022/K4 dated 04.01.2024 issued by the second respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner for the period 08.02.2023 to 25.04.2023 by treating it as medical leave of the non available medical leave of 410 days out of 540 days medical leave in her total employment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School in pursuance of the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.R3/32658/2022 dated 22.09.2023, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
