ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge in Crl.M.P.No.720/2019, dated 11.01.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally 605 grams of of gold were recovered from the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has 17 previous cases, and considering the same the court below has imposed the condition of depositing title deed worth Rs.5 lakhs. Hence, he sought for dismissal of this petition.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has been imposed the condition of only depositing title deeds worth Rs.5 lakhs on considering the serious offence committed by the petitioner as such this Court finds no illegality in the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Chennai.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
