Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execution of bail bond in Crl.OP.No.10602/2020 dated 16.07.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 16.07.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.10602 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Ramalinga Adigalar, 2/263, B.Susila Nagar, 2nd Street, Kovilambakkam, Chennai - 600129, (A/c.No.1789115000000373, IFSC No.KVBL0001789), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
