O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the construction of the open drain by joining the Ponthiyagaraja Udayar Street in R.S.No.91/2, Thillaikannamma Nagar, Karuvadikuppam Revenue Village and Prashanthi Street, in Cadastre No.953, Karuvadikuppam Revenue Village, Puducherry, had already been completed.

2.In view of the above submission, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
