Perused the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition. The petitioner claims to be the power agent of the proposed respondent. Considering the avermnets made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and other facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that the 3rd respondent is a necessary party to the writ petition. This petition is ordered accordingly.
