CRIME NO.1895 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders", in the above Crl.O.P.No.18656 of 2020 order dated 11/12/2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GANESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5948 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18656 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.1895 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
