Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first and second respondents issued in No.Tha.Pa.03/09(I1) dated 17.08.2009 and No.Tha.PaI1/03/09, dated 04.03.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings.
