[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in D.O.No.62/2016-C2 dated 22.12.2016, against the detenu by name, Murugaiyan, aged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28 years, S/o.Late Sevan, Veeranam Village and Colony, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.612 dated 06.02.2017 and a copy of the same has also been submitted, wherein it is clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed.

3. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
