PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondent in his letter No.SE/GEDC/HT/AS2/F/ACCD-2014-15/D, dated 27.04.2015, quash the same as illegal and against the provisions as contained in the Regulation 5(5)(ii)(a) & (d) of The Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004 and also the Tariff Order No.8 of 2012 dated 31.07.2012 issued by the Tamil Nadu Energy Regulatory Commission. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner company is not functioning from the year 2016 onwards and pursuant to the proceedings of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Official Liquidator has taken charge of the assets and liabilities of the company.
2. This being the factum as of now, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds and if at all any grievances have to be redressed, it is left open to the Official Liquidator to initiate appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
