Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till filing charge sheet in Crl.MP.No. 10871 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No. 17128 of 2021 on 26.10.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10871 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17128 of 2021, dated 26.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.

In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st day and 15th day of every English calender month, until further orders. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
