Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the order of the Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.8429/2000 dated 21.01.2003 as far as the petitioner herein is concerned and to consequently regularly absorb the petitioner's service in the post of Female Warder, Grade II, with effect from the date of the petitioner's initial appointment with all consequential service and monetary benefits and to forbear the respondents from resorting to direct recruitment till then.
