O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram (Rent Controller), in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in RCOP No.1 of 2023 on 11.03.2024. 1 / 3

2. A Perusal of the record shows that subsequent to the order passed on 11.03.2024 in M.P.No.1 of 2024 in RCOP No.1 of 2023, the petition in RCOP No.1 of 2023 itself has been disposed on 01.02.2025. Thus, the prayer sought for in the revision petition challenging the order dated 11.03.2024 has now become infructuous. Therefore, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 22.04.2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ham To
