Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent 2 & 4 in any way interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of my property T.S. No.2022/3, 2023/2, 2024, 2025/2, 2032/2 (Government S.No.500/9B) to an extent of 2.752 Acres of vacant lands situated at Ward No.3, Block -8, Kumarapalayam Village, Coimbatore South Division without invoking Land Acquisition Act and following to process of law.
