2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) in favour of 'The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras' within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the event of failure on the part of the petitioner to pay the costs within the stipulated time, this petition will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
