This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner herein on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl side) for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.1154/2021. He would submit that the complaint pertains to the dispute between the adjacent land owners. The respondents have not harassed the petitioner and the enquiry has been completed and the parties are directed to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court.
