These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the above appeals.

2. Mr.Karthik Ranganathan, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing these petitions seeking condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
