Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give posting to the petitioner as Child Welfare Organiser in any of the Anganwadi Centers by treating the period from 01.10.2004 to 24.10.2006 as leave on loss of pay and the subsequent period till the issue of posting order as a period of compulsory wait.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to give posting to the petitioner as Child Welfare Organiser in any of the Anganwadi Centers by treating the period from 01.10.2004 to 24.10.2006 as leave on loss of pay and the subsequent period till the issuance of the posting order as a period of compulsory wait.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite several representations submitted by the petitioner, requesting to post her as Child Welfare Organiser, the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents, if not considered earlier, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner, if not considered earlier, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
