O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner / wife to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2019 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to be heard before the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The respondent husband filed H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2019 for divorce before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. The address of the petitioner in the petition for divorce is shown as Chennai. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for transferring the case from Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to Family Court, Chennai.

3. By consent of both the parties, H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2019 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to Principal Family Court, Chennai. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to renumber the petition and issue notice to the parties. The parties expressed their desire to resolve their differences through Mediation and seeks appointment of Mr.Javed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ms.Saseedhevi as mediators to mediate between them. Accordingly, a direction issued to the Principal Judge, Family Court to refer the matter for mediation before the above named mediators on appearance of parties.

4. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
