ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to remove the

unauthorised erection of flag pole in front of the petitioner property situated at Survey No.56/2A1 at Uthirakotti Village, Thirukkhazukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, on the representation, dated 12.07.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owns a property comprised in Survey No.56/2A1 at Uthirakotti Village, Thirukkhazukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. Now the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said property. In front of his property, more than 100 persons belong to one political party erected a flag pole unauthorisedly. They failed to obtain any permission from the concerned authority before erecting the flag pole. Therefore, the petitioner submitted detailed representation.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to dispose of the represented submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and conduct a detailed enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a

period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
